(from Google)I have lived in Laveen for since 2004 and I must say that Dobbins point as a community would likely be the most desirable amongst all master planned communities in Laveen. The wonderful yards, mature trees, parks and overall design really make this community stand out.
Warning ⚠️ This park and its playground, basketball courts, grass areas, and picnic tables are for residents of Dobbin's Point "only"! Not open to the public for picnics, sports practices or playground use. We've seen police come, arrest people and have heard of heavy fines! $$$$ Violators will be prosecuted ⚠️
I love this beautiful park. It's always very well kept and the smell of fresh cut grass in the summertime is the cherry on top. There are also dog poop station with stocked doggy bags!!
It's for residents of Dobbins Point only, but it's beautiful.
