I visited your facility a few days ago and witnessed a concerning incident between a staff member and a customer. Another customer and I observed the entire exchange, and it left us feeling extremely uncomfortable. While I generally avoid getting involved in situations like this, I believe this one warrants attention. The staff member was yelling and using profanity down the hallway toward a customer, which immediately raised concerns about how she may interact with customers’ dogs when out of view. The escalation appeared to be initiated on her end. Although the customer eventually responded, this occurred only after he heard her yelling and cursing through the door. What I found especially inappropriate was that the staff member returned to the front area to further confront the customer, which intensified the situation unnecessarily. The way this interaction was handled was unprofessional, unsafe, and created a very uneasy environment for those of us present. This situation should have been managed differently by the staff. After witnessing this behavior, I now have serious reservations about entrusting my pets to your care.

Ruff Housing Country Club is family! My pup is 2yrs old and been going since he was about 5 months old. He is so excited to go to school each day and loves everyone there. They treat him as their own. Not only can you see it in him, but all the other pups that come through the door. RHCC was one of the best decisions I have made for my pup!

My dog loves coming here. She always comes back ready to nap after having a little time to settle down. They've been very accommodating when I've had an emergency come up and I've had to ask to extend my dog's stay. The groomers reach out with questions if I've made too vague a request. There are all kinds of specials, deals, or promotions happening each month.

First, sorry for the long review but wanted to be comprehensive. We took our previous dog, a Belgian Mali mix, to Ruff Housing for daycare and boarding. They were great with him. We had to say goodbye to Mr Newton in May at the age of 14. About 10 weeks ago we adopted a 1 year old German Shepherd from a rescue organization and yes, lots of energy.... like way lots. Today is his second day of daycare. Their people know different breeds and especially their age/temperaments. They have been INCREDIBLE with him for far. As a coincidence, he already has a buddy who's another German Shepherd. Highly recommend Ruff Housing for both doggie daycare and boarding! Sampson and his new buddy!

I only take my dog, Louise, to daycare at ruff housing once per week, but the entire staff still knows her by name! Going to ruff housing is the highlight of her week. She loves the people so much! When she first started going to ruff housing, she was terrified of people. Now, she runs right up to all of their staff for kisses! They have truly changed her life and helped her open up. This place is exceptionally well-run. I used to work at a doggy daycare and by comparison to where I worked, ruff housing is much more thorough and contentious about keeping dogs safe and comfortable. That is why it is a little hard to get in - they’re always booked up because they limit the number of dogs very responsibility! Trust me when I tell you that it is worth the wait. Don’t settle! I can’t recommend it enough. I will never take Louise (my pup) elsewhere.
