All Paws Academy Resort

I called to get information for boarding my dog. I inquired about grooming, daycare, and the boarding. In my call, they told me that nobody stays overnight - on weekdays, the dogs are alone from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. But, on weekends, the dogs are left alone from 4 pm until 9 am the next day. When I double checked, certain that couldn’t be right, they assured me that was correct and that nobody would be there during those hours. I’m not sure if all the 5-star reviews only use daycare, but I certainly don’t want my small dog left alone in a room for 17 hours (of 24!) all weekend long! Really disappointed.

This review is long overdue. We needed two weeks of boarding for our 10-year-old and our 1-year-old, and I’ll admit I was pretty anxious; it was the old dog’s first extended stretch away from home. All Paws made it painless. We started with a few daycare sessions to get them comfortable, and within a week both dogs were dragging me to the door like I was the one holding them back. They absolutely love the place. The staff is top-notch, genuinely friendly, and you can tell they actually enjoy the dogs. Our maniac puppy comes home exhausted and knocks out right after dinner, the senior looks like he’s been on a cruise. I have complete confidence in these guys. We’ve kept the monthly daycare membership and boarded a few more times when my wife and I needed date getaways. Hands down the best decision we’ve made for the dogs and us. Before choosing All Paws for daycare, I visited all the doggie daycares in the heights, oak forest, spring branch, etc. Some were suuuuper nice - bubble machines, turf, pools - but bank-breaking $$$ and some were borderline questionable - broken fences, dirt, bad smell - but low cost. I found All Paws to be a great option that is "in between." It is clean and well maintained, a reasonable price point, good staff, and great hours. Sure it doesn't have the fancy features like cameras and fountains but let's face it, those are more for us humans than for the dogs. The yards are predominantly grass and the pups are supervised at all times. The fences are safe. The owner is present every day. There are various packages that give progressive discounts on blocks of visits. They also offer bathing/grooming and recently added a vet that can do basic vaccinations. I believe they do training as well. We have also boarded our pup there and love that daycare is included in the boarding instead of a separate add-on. Our pup comes home happy and tired from daycare which is all we can ask for. I am so happy they are here in our neighborhood and recommend without hesitation.

I can't express how happy and grateful I am to All Paws Academy Resort! My dog has stayed here several times, and I have always been impressed with the care and attention he receives. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring towards the animals, and they always make me feel safe and at ease knowing that my furry friend is in good hands. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell that this place is different. The facilities are clean and spacious, and they have plenty of activities to keep the dogs happy and busy. My dog always comes home happy and healthy after his stay at All Paws Academy Resort. I would recommend this place to any pet owner looking for an exceptional place for their furry friends' care. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. I work from home and during the hot summers it was difficult to take them to a nice dog park to socialize. All Paws allows me to give my dogs a whole day of fun with great care while I continue to work. I can tell they love it as they are super excited in the morning when we arrive and by the evening when I pick them up they are exhausted. Highly recommend their services
