Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Merrifield

Such a great experience! Everyone was lovely and Dr. Masterson really was so knowledgeable and kind The inside of the facility is nice as well! Very obviously clean and comfortable, even for my baby girl. The experience of getting her set up as a new patient was super easy and smooth, there were no issues at all! And it was so much more affordable than I'd been worried about I'm so glad to have found this place and that my girls have a new primary care that I can trust.

A very pleasant and satisfactory experience begins at the reception desk. The staff is friendly, informed and very welcoming. The vet techs are also friendly and competent and reassure that your pet will be in "caring hands". One of my cats has to be sedated for nails trims, and the entire staff is extremely accommodating and put both my kitty & I at ease.

Caring Hands of Merrifield is a wonderful clinic. Everyone there is so kind. Dr. Martin is amazing and her technician Lauryn is great. They went above and beyond to love on my dog and make sure she was not afraid and that it was a good experience. Dr. Martin is always so patient and answers any questions and addresses any concerns at all that I have. You can tell she truly cares about my dog and it makes a difference.

This is my second visit with my 14 1/2 year-old Cairn terrier, Rocky. He is an extremely healthy dog Especially given his age. However, In the last week, he had started peeing in the house and having accidents while he was sleeping. I was lucky enough to get An evening appointment on the day that I called in. The staff and Dr Masterson were very attentive and determined that Rocky had an UTI. I sent us home with any an antibiotic And told us to check back in if the problem persisted.

Caring Hands is always a quick visit, which my very fearful cat appreciates. By that I mean there isn’t a lot of wait time. The doctor and assistants are all very gentle with my nervous girl. Prices are very reasonable.
