Creature Comforts Pet Supplies

I’m only giving this a 4 star to get seen but my real score would be 2. I got my guinea pigs back in July and there was a small box like cage that had 4 guineas, they all looked terribly sick and one of the ones I got had his EAR half bitten. Their cage was incredibly filthy, something you shouldn’t have during those hot months, because flies were all over inside their cage. Soon enough, I had to put one of them down yesterday and I know it was because of these conditions they kept them in. It doesn’t take much to scoop up poop, very depressing experience and I can only wonder how the two other guiena pigs are doing. Rest in peace Ippo 🕊️3/21/26

The cashiers were not attentive or friendly. I had a couple of questions and was told there was another customer that needed to be checked out. I requested medium Dubias, 30 or so. There was no consistency in size; tiny ranging to large. They were also more expensive than the pet store I usually go to. I also bought mealworms. Self-service fridge in the back. These turned out to be the most lethargic worms I have ever encountered. Many were dead. Not knowing what caused them to die, I threw them away. While shopping the staff never asked about my reptile or showed any knowledge about the creatures the provide for, again unlike my regular feed store. I went to Creature Comforts only because it's close to home, I'd never been,and the cashier at Safeway gave the rave reviews, however as I recall, that was only regarding prices. The service was sub-par, the prices were high, and the quality was incredibly poor. I gave 2 stars only because of the location and they had the items I needed - which I had to throw away. So disappointed! I will not recommend this store to others, nor will I ever return.

My new quartzite island top is beatiful. The installers were great, they are very hard workers and friendly. Charlie, the fellow that helped with my purchase was very helpful also. I would buy from them again. The price seemed to be reasonable although I was only able to compare with one other shop do to lack of time. Thank you guys!

This store has everything you need for your fur babies. They have a huge variety of dog treats and chews, I get our lab the pig snots & Bocce brand treats. They even carry the refills for the mywoof pupsicle pops. Super friendly and helpful staff makes this a great place to stop for your pets needs.
