I took my cat to this grooming service, and unfortunately, he ended up with a fungal infection after the visit. My veterinarian confirmed that this type of infection is usually caused by the use of improperly disinfected tools or contaminated surfaces, which leads me to believe they are not following basic hygiene protocols. It is unacceptable that a place that works with animals doesn't bother to properly clean its equipment between clients. As a responsible pet owner, I trust that the place where I take my pet has the minimum sanitary conditions, and clearly, this was not the case. My cat is now undergoing treatment and has gone through a completely avoidable situation. I do not recommend this place if you value your pet's health and well-being. I hope they take urgent and serious measures to prevent more animals from being harmed by this type of negligence.

I took my cat to the groomer, and days later she developed ringworm (a fungal infection). She's an indoor cat and has no contact with any other animals. It's awful how much she's suffering now with the medication and the itching; the grooming visit wasn't worth it. Not to mention the extra expense of this ordeal.

Remember that if your pet is suffering, the right to decide to euthanize it belongs to the owner, not the veterinarian. If you would like the opinion of another professional, Dr. Juan E. They are awesome, very helpful

If you love your pet, avoid this place. They did an awful job on my dog. This place is an agro center. It is not a proper grooming place. Bringing my dog here was a huge mistake. Would never visit this place again.
