(from Google)The doctor was very knowledgeable and calmed my fears about my pomeranians "honking". I do not like the $5.99 mandatory fee. It seems like I am paying for cleaning materials. I would rather you raise the office visit $6. It feels like I am being nickled and dimed. It is unfair for your staff to always have to defend the $5.99 fee.
Thank you to Dr. Chavez and the rest of the Vetco staff! I know my pet and I will always receive excellent service at this hospital. They have amazing customer service, and I can tell they really care about my pet! I will always recommend them!
I took my cat here for follow up Vaccinations on 12/13/2025. Before my appointment, I purchased the Vital Care rewards for my cat a couple weeks prior. On my cats initial visit, I was quoted for a $50-60 visit on 12/13/25. To my surprise, I arrived and the Vet Tech was arguing with me saying that when they ran my number, the vital care rewards wasn’t on my account and they were going to charge me about $120-130 for the visit. Of course, I pushed back but the technician made me feel like I was a liar and her attitude was TERRIBLE, and she wouldn’t let me speak and she would talk over me. Of course I’m going to remember paying almost $300 for my cats vital care membership, I did not appreciate being made felt like I was lying and almost cheated into paying more. Whoever the technician was for that day (She was tall and had long dark hair), some advice would be to listen to people first and let them speak. It’s very rude interrupting other people trying to make a point about something instead of feeling like you’re right in the situation, take a step back and listen to what the “patient” has to say. It’s a shame because i did like the veterinarian that my cat saw, but the customer service was not up to par. I won’t be coming back here in the future as this experience has left the worst taste in my mouth and will be going elsewhere for services.
Thank you Dr. Chavez and team! After getting “fired” from my the previous vet, I needed to find a new one that would be pragmatic and able to work with me, my topsy-turvey life, and a poor little asthmatic kitty. We’ve been here twice now, and both times everyone has been friendly and kind. The appointments were on time (admittedly early am, so perhaps that makes a difference). Prices are laid out and reasonable (at least as much as they can be). There’s no pressure for extra *stuff*. Dr. Chavez is knowledgeable and presents honest, well thought out information. And most importantly, my little furry beast is comfortable. After leaving the last “fear free” place that was anything but, it was refreshing to see how relaxed my cat is here. While I did give him a single gabapentin a couple hours before in anticipation of bloodwork and urine collection, he was still plenty alert and “squirrely” but without the biting, scratching, and “soiling” that occurred at the previous vet. I’m so relieved to have found you all. Keep up the great work!
I’m extremely disappointed this staff is not closer to me. I drive 30 miles for this awesome staff . Took me 5 months to find a reliable Vet Hospital. They always provide us exceptional service. Guapo Santo and I are extremely grateful. Hospital is always clean and very welcoming. All staff know how to treat their patients. Guapo Santo has separation anxiety but never there. He’s all about Vetco Broadway. Thank you for seeing us as patients and not numbers.
