VCA Coral Springs Pet Resort & Medical Center

I honestly could not be happier with my experience at VCA Coral Springs! From start to finish, the entire staff was amazing, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. My first interaction was over the phone with Jana, one of their CSRs, and she made signing up for the CareClub so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. If you haven’t looked into their CareClub yet, I highly recommend it, definitely ask for Jana because she takes the time to walk you through everything and answer all your questions! Jana also guided us through possibly joining their doggy daycare experience and made sure we got connected with the right staff members. She took the time to make sure we asked every question we needed before leaving, which truly made us feel cared for and valued as new clients. When we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming that it immediately reassured me I made the right choice bringing my dogs there. And the experience only got better from there! I brought both of my pitties, my female is super relaxed and friendly, but my male can be pretty uneasy in new situations, so I was definitely nervous about how he’d do. Our tech, Melyn, was absolutely incredible. Patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, truly one of the best vet techs I’ve ever encountered. Not only did she completely ease my anxiety, but she also made both of my babies feel safe and comfortable, especially my boy. She took the time to understand his behavior and recognize what made him nervous, which is something no one has ever really done before. That level of care meant everything to me. To top it all off, the office manager, Robyn, personally came in to introduce herself and made sure anything we needed that hadn’t already been taken care of was handled before we left. I’m telling you, we truly received VIP treatment from beginning to end! Veterinarian Rodgers was also incredibly sweet and attentive. Honestly, her staff had already dotted every “i” and crossed every “t” before she even came in, which says so much about the level of care and teamwork at this office. Needless to say, we’ve officially found our forever vet home! Thank you all so much for the love, patience, and kindness you showed my babies. It truly means the world to us. Highly recommend, 10/10 experience!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this veterinary team. When my dog was bitten by another dog, I was incredibly worried, but from the moment we walked in, they took such amazing care of her. Dr. de la Torre was not only highly skilled, but also compassionate, calm, and reassuring during a very stressful time. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the treatment. Melyn, one of the vet techs who helped us, was absolutely wonderful—gentle, attentive, and so kind to both my dog and me. All of the lab techs were incredible, and you can truly tell this team cares deeply about the animals they treat. Thanks to them, my dog is healing beautifully, and I’m so grateful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate veterinary care.

I would give this place a 5 star review I had an exceptional experience thanks to Mayra. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care truly set her apart. What made Mayra truly exceptional was her deep understanding of dog behavior and body language. She took the time to get to know our dog chewie and, thanks to her patience and expertise, helped them confidently play and socialize in a group setting with other dogs. Seeing our baby happy and thriving was life changing for us, and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care Mayra provided.

VCA is amazing. My 9 year old cat was diagnosed with diabetes. The regime of glucose sensors and insulin was overwhelming. Dr. Engle and all the staff at VCA were amazing. In the first few weeks I stopped in and got advice almost daily. My fur baby is doing well and I am so grateful for VCA. So grateful for Dr. Engle. ❤️

Top-notch service every single time. My pup has some health issues, and the team here is always there when we need them. I’ve been coming to this VCA for years, and it has consistently been a great experience. I truly trust them with Diesel’s care.
