Partners Pet Center

The conditions of this ‘pet store’ are deplorable. The store itself is rather small, there is little room for the animal enclosures, and on top of that it absolutely REEKS. The animals, especially the rabbits, appeared uncomfortable and in distress due to the small cages and space. When I went to look at the rats, I saw a little one that had unfortunately passed away and had not been removed from the tiny bin it was kept in. I genuinely do not understand how puppy mills (last time I was there, it was a 1200$ pug) and neglectful pet store owners are continually allowed to continue operating under these conditions. Save yourself the hassle and go to your local animal shelter.

Puppies covered in their own feces, absolutely horrendous conditions. It genuinely made me so sad for them. The bunnies were packed like sardines. Originally went in for dog treats but could not give this business any money because of what I saw.

I've been going to partners for over 10 years for my aquatic supplies and I've always been very satisfied, from decorations, substrates, plants and even fish themselves I've always found what I was looking for. Adam the owner is very knowledgeable and very friendly and does a great job for doing most of the work there himself. He always has good advice and always keeps his selections stocked. Everything I have has been from partners and that also includes my feathered friend papaya, a green cheek conure that's been a part of my family for the last 3 years. I definitely recommend partners pet center.

We want to give Partners Pet Center & the owner a big "Thank You." We would absolutely recommend them. I bought a Red Foot Tortoise for my grandson on Sept. 28th. Adam explain about the Tortoise recommended everything we would need for the Tortoise comfort, home & everything else that is needed. He is very knowledgeable about the animals he has. I am so grateful as my grandson loves taking care of the Tortoise & responsibility that comes with it. Again, thank you & your customer service & service to your animals are beyond measure the best!!! Go get your pet there. We would go again for our next pet most definitely.
