I work at another veterinary clinic (I will not mention which one) and unfortunately had to call this place for records. I guess it's just him and he has no staff as we waited four days to heard back after multiple messages were left. Not only was he VERY short and seemed angry with his client for switching, he was giving me the run around and didn't want to send records for this baby. Said he would email but didn't have our email. Then said he has never had to send records and always just gives a verbal. This is NOT common practice and is NOT reliable at all. We ended the phone call saying he would stop by our office to drop off a paper with "jotted down" vaccine dates. Again, not common practice or reliable. I really hope our new client doesn't need any county tags or ever has to prove this Pt was vaccinated. Just FYI, a medical practice does have to document each and every single vaccine given with the serial number and lot number for legal purposes. Just be careful with this vet and make sure to ask for a copy of your vaccines in case you need them in an emergency situation.

Dr.Blanco is great with the animals and their parents when they are headed to the rainbow bridge. Thank you for being there and accommodating busy schedules too.
