Petco Dog Training

Brought my dogs in to have their nails clipped. Jen helped me sign up for the Petco program (sorry forgot it's name) so I can get better discounts etc. The app was having issues with my card and phone but Jen was super sweet and kind helping me get through it. The ladies in the Grooming center are always so good with my babies. Definitely recommend them for any grooming needs! Thanks Jen for your help and patience!

I only had one employee actually offer to help me with anything. They seemed a little rude aside from the one guy but they did seem to know what they were doing in terms of care. One of the very few to use coco as a substrate for ball pythons and it definitely shows in their health. I dont like chain pet stores but this one seems to be doing its job correctly

Wonderful customer service at this location! I bought cat food couple days ago but found out that it's not my cats taste. I was told that I can bring it back to replace with other flavors. Agents there in Petco were very nice and empathetic. It gives me a great relief knowing my fur babies will be taken care of even after the purchase!

We came in around 6pm last night to look at possible small pets for our two young children. We spent about an hour in there and finally decided to go with a guinea pig. We all liked a female, but when we started talking we figured out that all the females were pregnant because they were surrendered to them. I am extremely grateful for the employees honesty about that. We ended up finding a male and they helped us find everything we needed to bring the little guy home. The guy at checkout was very friendly and even gave us 20% off our guinea pig home kit. If you are looking for a small furry friend or any pet supplies I would definitely recommend going to Petco. Great people and great service!

Newly built, I believe everyone is starting to see how they treat their animals and are going to more local stores. Employees looked a bit bored but still kept their professional manner and was nice and friendly. Fish section didn't have many choices.
