Suncoast trail - State Road 50 trailhead

Harassed by a man on the trail yesterday, called the cops.. naturally took forever too get to the scene so the perp had a chance to come back on a bike and try and hit me and my dog yesterday - genuinely do not recommend this trail in Spring Hill for young attractive women especially of color

Nice trail, although somewhat hilly. The only downside is the paid parking

Myself and two friends parked here to ride the Suncoast Trail. Great spot to park with a covered pavilion and nice bathrooms. The Suncoast Trail was a lot more hilly than I had expected. I would say one of the most hilly pave trails in Florida. I was quite surprised.

This trailhead has lots of potential but could use some improvements...it's got restrooms, an area with covered picnic tables, bike fix-it station and air, and a large parking lot. However there is a pay station and they were charging $5 to park, which is ridiculous considering the area. Also it needs a little maintenance and the restroom reeked of cigarette smoke when I was there.

Really nice place to walk your dog but you have to keep in mind it is a bike path so be prepared for bikes
