This is a beautiful park with spacious grounds and grill pits. Great for large gatherings. Totally enjoyed the day with all the kids. They spent all day at the water's edge barefooted, enjoying the gentle waves washing over their feet as they tossed pebbles into the water. We had a great time!!!

One of the beautiful and amazing day out island park in Westchester. Nice boating dock and surrounding river makes the park super natural.

really nice park, very busy , no problem with parking as long as you arrive early. we'll kept and clean. park security everywhere 🤔not sure that's actually that necessary. beach area looks pretty nice. bathrooms are clean. Great place for children, or BBQ, Frisbee or just chilling out.

I always enjoy going to Glen Island Park. The park is clean and the scenery is beautiful. I went there last Sunday for a birthday party celebration and as always it was lovely. Once you live in Westchester County, you can always use the park for a small fee to have parties. But you must provide proof of address in order to book the park. However, if you don't live in the area, that's fine. You can still have access to the park for a picnic day or just to hang out. The bathroom is clean for the most part, and there is security/police at the location. There is a country club, a harbor and a beach that you can swim. There is paid parking between $5-$7. Overall, it is a great place for a family outing, picnic, and fun day.
