What I saw there yesterday was the most depressing thing I’ve seen in a pet store. In the reptile area, there were 2 dead lizards, 1 dead snake, and 3 dead axolotls. I told who I believe was the manager, some guy with crazy hair and glasses, “idk if you know this but yall got dead animals over there” he had this confused face and was like “no, where?” And I point to the reptile area, and he walks off asking other customers if they needed help, pretending like he didn’t just hear what I said. Their “new management” has let reptile world become heavily neglected since the last time I visited when they were closing, which I assume was with a different management team. If your current staff are too scared to handle reptiles, you need to get on top of that and find people who can.

Only place near me I know sells hedgehogs, and sugar gliders! They also sell rodents, birds, dogs, and various types of reptiles and spiders! They also have a good selection of pet supplies and food. Kinda loud, because of the birds, if you have sensitive ears. A bit smelly too, but can’t blame the people. It is clean and very organized though. If you’re searching for hedgehogs, chinchillas, axolotls, tortoises or chameleons this the place to go. You can also take kids to see the animals but please be respectful and do not pick up the animals or stick yours or their fingers in the bird cages. No tapping on glass or tanks. Don’t take pictures of the dogs either. Respect their rules, and the animals. It is a pet STORE not a petting zoo. I’ve been looking for a chinchilla for my brother for a while and couldn’t find one until this place. He’s still thinking about buying though so we’ll see. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I buy my cat toys here as well as my turtle lamp. 👍🏻

Mi kids and i Love this store they have the best variety of pets and accessories in the valley; they also have a self shower for your dogs. Service is average they look like they are short staffed but once you find someone they are great. My kids loved their parekeets also great option for gifts to animal lovers

Took our big German Shepherd girl to get a bath...we love that we can do it ourselves in their showers. We took our own soap & and towels, but they do provide for you. The facility was clean and well maintained. Fresh towels were already available & soaps ( hypoallergenic) are hanging in dispensers on the wall. They also have vacuums, so u can dry ur furbaby. There is a small fee according to the size of your pup but it's so worth it. Especially in winter time and your pup needs a bath...this is a great alternative.

Great experience! I was expecting to go into a regular pet store, but honestly this place is like a mini zoo. The staff was super friendly and helpful, there’s a larger variety of pets, and pet supplies. Amazing place, would recommend to anyone!
