I'm giving it 5 stars. I could not complete the hike. It is steep and I'm disabled. So i will say the amount I did hike was very beautiful. Hopefully I'll be in shape to try again?I definitely recommend. I have a view of Buffalo Mtn and I know the view from up there looks amazing 👏. Parking is a issue e everytime. So make sure you go early. I believe its opened at dusk and closed at dawn.

Lots of trails, from easy to "black diamond". Quiet during the week. Amazing views. Probably slippery when raining. Today was "acorn falling day", yep, you can hear them hitting the ground every few seconds. I got bopped on the head twice (no visible damage😄).

Beautiful mountain with about 8 trails. For those in JC this place is a blessing. Its worth the drive if you haven't been.

First time hiking the 3 trails, the Noggin, Tower Ridge, and white rock overlook. It was between moderate and extreme, but absolutely beautiful. Love the creeks, vegetation, and beautiful tall trees. The views from White Rock are spectacular. Because of the rocky trail boots or good sturdy shoes are needed. For the moms out there, please make sure you do not bring your small children without the proper attire. It is not safe to bring them with sandals. There are many rocks and slippery slopes, and it can be dangerous for them, especially at the white rock. No bathrooms, the parking at the Noggin parking lot is kinda small.

Beautiful trail. Started up White Rock to top with scenic overlooks and came down Noggin trail, be cautious because it's very steep and straight down, is very woodsy and follows stream out. Will probably go back and do other trails. Parking is difficult because the gates were closed.
