(from Google)Beautiful scenic trails, stroller friendly on some. Picnic areas. Clean restroom. Although I didn’t kayak, they do have a kayak launch.
Would be 5 stars except for an almost complete lack of directional signage. The map at the trailhead does not begin to show all of the unmarked loops and side trails from the main trail. At 1.6 miles, it is easy to get turned around in here for a casual visitor.
Beautiful way to experience nature in the coastal region of Florida. Not too many of these places left.
This was a very enjoyable walk with some great views. It took about 40 minutes to complete going the longest way possible. I didn’t give it five stars because it lacks elevation changes and while the views were great, they were not spectacular.
Just went for a walk here again today, brought our dog this time. It's not too long, the trail is well maintained with very few muddy areas. It's fun to spot all the different bird houses people have hung along the trail. It's also not usually as busy as some other local trails, even though it has plenty of parking.
