Food was delicious! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and I got the chicken enchiladas. Everything was labeled with the allergens which helped a lot. The gluten-free churros are also delicious. Additionally, the food came out within minutes of ordering it. Highly recommend. 😋

I think from what I saw on instagram, my expectations were set way too high. First, I wasn’t aware that the inside was more like a chipotle. Was looking for somewhere fun to have a solo dinner. I take the blame for that. I ordered the jalapeño poppers and two fish (Mahi mahi) tacos with a side of black and pinto beans MIXED. The jalapeño poppers were pretty good—the jalapeño was fresh and so was the bacon, but the video I saw on IG made them appear fried so that was my first disappointment. The flavor was good but the inside tasted like the dipping sauce instead of traditional cream cheese style filling and didn’t prefer that. They were fighting against each other in a flavor match. Now, lately I’ve been craving fried fish and I love mahi mahi so I was so exited when my tacos arrived …until I saw how dark the fish was. I immediately recognized it as old or dirty (overused) grease. It was close to 6:30 or 7; so the end of the night, but grease HAS to be changed frequently at restaurants. From the taste it didn’t seem to be actually old but just dirty—too many food sediments/overused. The coleslaw underneath the fish was pretty good. I am very picky about corn tortillas (because some have a stale flavor) but these were okay. I sent the fish back and it came out the exact same way and was presented like it was made differently😩(it was definitely two new pieces of fish but they looked to have been cooked the exact same) Atp I was hungry sooo… i used the house hot sauces & I ate what I could😩The beans were bland and I wasn’t aware I was being charged for both as sides because I asked for one side and for them to be mixed but 🤷🏽‍♀️ (didn’t say anything about it—charged it to the game) Now for the drink, I ordered the drink of the day: pineapple- watermelon margarita: great flavor combo, but way, way too sweet and hardly no alcohol. I didn’t finish it. Wasn’t worth the sugar/calories. Overall, I was disappointed and that is very rare for me (to this extent). The hostess was cool, but didn’t seem super friendly or enthusiastic (as she greeted & seated me) but the waiter was super helpful and kind. I was so disappointed when I saw the amount of my check, hurt me to spend almost $50 on what I felt like was nothing, doubt if I’ll be back 😩 I hate that this review is almost all bad—that is so so rare for me 😣 but yall know I have to be honest! Note: The margarita flight has FOUR flavors (4 different glasses) and ONE shot of alcohol and you cannot order more shots to accompany it (wouldn’t even be worth it price wise, honestly) . Waiter mentioned state law so maybe you all are accustomed to this in UT, but I was utterly shocked, so im providing a heads up, especially for people coming because of IG like me…

Vibe: Spacious and inviting with a good overall vibe. Service: Food was prepared quickly—ready in about 20 minutes. Wait Time: Minimal wait time, which was great. Food Quality: I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Taco (taco of the day) and my husband had the Poblano Chicken Platter. Both dishes were delicious. I especially liked the beans on the side—they weren’t just plain boiled but had spices that gave them a nice flavor. Portion sizes felt a bit small, but the quality of the food made up for it. Bang for Buck: Slightly pricey for the quantity, but the taste and quality were worth it. Location: Easy to find and convenient.

We recently visited this Mexican spot in Fashion Place and had a solid time. The shrimp tacos (which were the taco of the day) were super fresh. The chicken tacos were just as good, and our server was on point, explaining what was gluten-free and even knew the cheese was pasteurized, which was useful for my wife with dietary needs. The chips and salsa were great too, super crispy and the salsa had a nice kick. Portions were generous, everything tasted great, but it was kinda quiet with not many people eating. Restaurant was clean though, so no complaints there. Definitely worth checking out!

Very good food tacos are creative and cooked well. They overcooked one of my fish tacos this time but the rest were great. I also like that they have three veggie taco options including a pear and beet version and mushroom taco. The guacamole sampler is a favorite.
