I’m a newer client at Fluffy Paws and had such a positive experience. You can tell it’s a small, family-run business that genuinely cares about my fur baby. It’s disheartening to know there are people out there who go out of their way to tear down places like this, especially when the team is so kind and hardworking. This is by far my most favorite groomers I’ve gone to in the last decade. We have a rowdy rescue dog with sensitive paws from being abused and having his legs broken and they handle him very well. Our last groomer would knick him every single time but this team has never done it. It happens and it’s not the groomers fault. They take care of our pups and our pups come home happy and not terrified. Also they come back smooth and not with a choppy cut which is common with other groomers I’ve used. Your animals will be loved here so I highly recommend them.

The grooming looks good overall, but we did notice some cuts on our dog in various areas, and her nail was cut too short, resulting in bleeding. We recognize that accidents can happen, but we were hoping to be made aware of the cuts at the time of pickup, especially of the nail cut. We were frightened when we saw bloody paw prints as we didnt know what had happened.
