(from Google)If you want to experience what it was like when shipping took weeks, this is the place. Unfortunately, after waiting two weeks for them to even process my order, I had to purchase the same products from another vendor that offered real overnight shipping. Regret wasting time here.
After reading about the reviews from them I was kind of hesitant to order from them. That just goes to show you you don't believe all reviews and I'm so happy I did order from them! My order came in perfectly. It was packed exceptionally well and all the items were way before the expiration date. The prices were beyond reasonable too!! I had a question and they responded within a day and a half. These people are extremely honest when it comes to shipping when they say it will take x amount of days most likely it will. They're shipping may be a little on the slow side for some people but if you want good quality service and people that will answer your questions these are the people to go through. I definitely will order from them again. Thank you pet Life for such awesome service !!!!!
I could not be more pleased with Pet Life. I was using a local feed store for my almost 11 year old dogs food for nearly 2 years, when they suddenly stopped carrying it, because they said the increase in price was too much for them. That left our girl in desperate need of a new place to provide her food. I am so incredibly grateful I chose Pet Life to shop with. Not only do they carry her food, it has a much later expiration date than we'd ever seen. It was crazy seeing the difference, and to the point my dog got excited for feedings again. She requires a minimum ingredient food because of allergies, and Nutrisource pure vita turkey stew dog food in the cartons is what she eats.. Pet Life shipped quickly, and I look forward to a continuing relationship with their company.
This store is a rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I place an order of aquarium supplies on March 3rd. After calling and no one answered and being on hold for 45 minutes, i decided to email customer support. They said the package was lost in transit. Why the used Amazon for shipping I’m not understanding. I requested they cancel my order. All of a sudden the shipment was found only to arrive 18 days after the initial order. Amazon attempted delivery on the 21st and I refused the delivery. I emailed Pet Life support and they said they could not refund my money until they received the package. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL! I ended up losing a fish because I needed the product ordered. Ordered what I needed from Amazon and received it the next day. My other mistake is ordering through “Shop” app who offers no assistance or protection. NEVER AGAIN! 23 days later and I’m still fighting for my refund. Calling my card company next!
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! I paid for extra for priority shipping, never received my order, no reply to my emails! The health of my fish depended on these parts. I had to reorder everything from Amazon and pay more but I got my stuff next morning. I went to USPS with the tracking info, they haven't even received the box yet.. What a joke of a business! I can only assume I'll never see a refund.
