Since the acquisition by Esatto, the quality of service at this pharmacy has declined significantly. What used to be a friendly and efficient experience has become a 4-to-5-day wait for prescriptions, coupled with unprofessional staff interactions. Given our high annual spend, we can no longer justify the poor service and will be moving our business to Infinite Creations Pharmacy.

Very clean, and always fast and convenient service. Their prices are great too! They’re very knowledgeable about any questions you may have about your prescriptions too. Great Pharmacy

I am just off the phone with Trish a Pharmacist at the Esatto Chandler Compounding facility and I was transferred to her by Brent there... and by the way Brent was very polite and informative before he transferred me to Trish. Trish explained to me in detail about a compounded medication that I am taking and answered all my questions and helped me understand more about it and offered different options which was a bonus and extremely helpful. Amazing compounding pharmacy! From my very first phone call to become a customer the girl whom answered was awesome! She was so kind, knowledgeable and very very helpful!!! I wish I caught her name as she deserves a big shout out for helping me get setup as a new customer. Then explained everything including helping me pick my med flavor and get my meds shipped for FREE!!!! I was getting my meds filled at a Gilbert pharmacy as thats where my Dr originally sent them! But it was just so far! So I requested my script get moved to this pharmacy. Im so happy I SWITCHED!!!!! NOT only is the staff super friendly and go above and beyond but its cheaper and in this economy Im struggling more and more to afford items like medicine that I need but a dollar only stretches so far! The cost was so much more affordable and after months of going without my meds due to the cost i finally can afford them thanks to this pharmacy! Plus they offer FREE shipping im guessing if your close enough so dont quote that. But they also offer FREE flavors and a whole bunch of different flavors which the other pharmacy did not offer!!! I recieved my free delivery today and my meds were made so much better. They are yummy strawberry tasting, much thicker and dont melt the moment I touch it! Plus the way its packaged is great as before they were in a bottle and got stuck together these are individually squared off perfect to take just half and NO MELTING YAY!!!! Thank you to the young lady who helped and the pharmacist who made my meds and the owner for keeping the cost down so people like me dont half to go without there much needed meds! I 100% recommend this compounding pharmacy to anyone who needs their meds specialty made for them!
