I can’t say enough great things about Pet Central. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Andrew took the time to really understand my two pets and helped completely revamp their diet to get them back on track. His knowledge is incredible — he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the changes we were making. You can truly tell he cares about the health and well-being of every animal that comes through the door. The products are top quality, and I feel great knowing my pets are getting the best. I genuinely love working with Pet Central and highly recommend them to anyone who wants knowledgeable guidance and outstanding service for their pets.

I usually purchase from the w 23rd location, but sometimes buy from w 16th if my dog’s food is in stock. And I’ve noticed they often sell short-dated and even expired food of the brand we buy (Smallbatch). So, be sure to check the manufactured dates before purchasing! Recently, they had an expired bag of Smallbatch frozen duck patties in the freezer. It had expired December 2023, and they were trying to sell it to me in April 2024… no thanks. Then today, I went to pick up my web order and noticed the Smallbatch raw frozen turkey sliders best by date is July 2024… only a few weeks away. I contacted Smallbatch about this and they said it’s very rare for their retail partners to have short-dated products. I also recently had an issue with the raw patties having freezer burn. They need to check the dates more often and make sure they are selling the freshest food. So, if you buy raw food for your pup or cat, be sure to check the best by dates!!
