The most disorganized vaccination clinic I've been to. Pointless to make an appointment because you still have to wait an hour after your appointment to be seen. I wasn't able to get a refill on my dogs prescription because they couldn't see my last visit on their tablet even though I showed them my receipt of my last visit. I've never had an issue at other vaccine clinics, just this one. Porter Ranch and Granada hills have way better service by far. Don't bother coming here.

We have been coming to this location for over ten years and the experience has always been exceptional. The entire team is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of both you and your pets. That level of care feels increasingly rare and is truly appreciated. Fernando, in particular, has been outstanding. With a very picky dog at home, we have relied on his guidance many times. He is thoughtful, patient, and consistently offers practical suggestions tailored to what will actually work. His kindness and expertise are a big reason we continue to return. This review is long overdue! The store is always clean, well organized, competitively priced, and stocked with a strong variety of quality supplies. It is a place we trust, and will remain our preferred place to shop.

We absolutely love Stephanie for Marley's grooming. We had tried several locations before but none compare to her skills and love for what she does. Marley has been going with her since he was a puppy. Cannot recomend this location enough!!

wow, displays are so inviting and attractive! makes you want to buy things you know your pet won't know the difference... my first time at this one, so quite a shock to see how nice it looked, got my items. asked an employee where pointers were and she took me right to it. i'd come here again!

Had a great customer service experience at Petco this weekend! I did an online order and was notified that one of the items was unavailable, however, when I arrived at the store, I was notified by the young woman at check out that she had actually located the item in another section of the store and if I still wanted the item, she would get it for me! I was still interested in the item as it was intended to be a gift for a friend! I appreciated her going above and beyond for the holiday gift for my friend's pup!!!
