(from Google)We had our two golden retrievers get groomed on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026. A very detailed and somewhat exhausting process to seek the service online. Was told when I called that I should drop off our girls by 830am. Received a text indicating to drop off by 12 noon. Received another text saying drop off by 630am. Got so frustrated that I called and it was explained to me that I should drop off by 830am but could drop off as early as 630am. I was told on the phone that they both should be ready by 100pm to 200pm. When I dropped off the girls, the desk associate asked me when I wanted them to be picked up. I was surprised by this answer. Shouldn’t be when they are finished not when I want them? She then asked me what I wanted done. Why did I spend so much time answering questions on the survey when I first started? She then asked me for the number to reach me at. Why did I give you my cell phone number on the application???? So frustrating and disorganized. I then had to sign a blue paper on the services requested when I spent an inordinate amount of time filling out your paperwork online. So frustrating. Was looking at my watch. 1pm, no Call. 2pm, no call. I called at 230pm. The person answering had to check with the groomers. The person profusely apologized and told me the girls were finished but the groomers did not instruct me to be called because I did not check the box to receive marketing notices. What the heck???? Marketing notices, what does that have to do with getting notified on picking up our girls after service???? When I picked up our girls, I was informed that I had a “miscellaneous charge” because our youngest girl defacated after being cleaned so she needed to be cleaned again. This has never happened for her prior visits for grooming. As I left, I thought either the service was finished so early but that I was notified after hours and she needed to go. Or she defecated while being serviced which leads me to how she was handled. Either case, it is NOT GOOD. It is clear to me that grooming is not your best service. Disorganized with a lot of conflicting messages. It should not be this hard. I WILL NOT RETURN. I wanted to post zero stars but it will not let me provide feedback unless I give you a one star review. It was definitely a “ZERO” star service.
They are super friendly and helpful. My cats hate the car ride but never seem to mind being there and are chill going home. I love that I can get their nails trimmed when I have them day boarded. Would recommend to anyone that needs their cats or dogs boarded.
While I haven’t physically been here myself, my sister takes my dog while I’m deployed. I love the online report cards she gets! It helps me feel a little more connected to her while I’m gone. She always looks very happy after playing and so pretty after her baths. Thanks for loving on my sweet bear, Auri, when I can’t 💜
Huge shout out to Sydney’s Pet Resort for taking care of Miss Annabelle this weekend. Fall Festival tends to be stressful for her at home since we live in the middle of our home town. I opted to take her to Sydney’s for boarding this weekend to get her away from all the stress and I am so beyond happy I made that decision. I know my girl was so well loved and taken care of. The amazing staff made decisions that best benefited Annabelle and her comfort levels. Sydney’s is somewhat of a drive for us but I will gladly be making that drive again because of the level of care and support this team provides. Thank you Sydney’s Pet Resort from Annabelle and me!
I take my dog, Banzai, here when I want to have a date night with my partner! My dog has super bad separation anxiety so we can't leave him at home and after a year of never being able to go out we decided to take him to Sydneys. The people working there are sweethearts and always talk about how they love my dog when I come pick him up! Afterwords, he is so tuckered out. It seems like he has so much fun every time we go, and I loved getting photos and a report card after his first visit. I just wish they did that more! Its so fun!
