No long wait, the staff was super kind, and at no point during my appointment did it feel rushed to get it over with. Dr. Burrell was fantastic at holding conversation and space for me as a dog owner and to voice concerns. She discussed plenty of options, provided information and education for his allergies. The technician Leslie was also super sweet! Highly recommend this location :)

I’ve been a care club member for over a year now and switching to VCA has been the best decision I’ve made for my dog!! The staff is always friendly, every doctor we have seen has been thorough and gives the best care, and we especially love Dr. Goble!!! I highly recommend VCA and especially this location.

We just had such an awesome experience here with VCA! They were so kind and great with both myself and my goldendoodle! This was our first visit and now our new vet home. 10/10 recommend! The whole staff is so lovely and inviting!

They're just the best. They've gone out of their way many times to help me with my dogs. The records system they keep is very detailed and accessible to me which is something I had a hard time getting from other clinics. From the doctors to the staff, they all know and care about both of my fur babies. The vets stay up-to-date with their training and network with Specialists often, which comes in handy when diagnosing things and getting an appointment with a Specialist. There's not another vet in Houston I would have trusted to take care of my Lab the way they did. They never gave up on my old dogs either, always willing to try a different medication or plan if the current one wasn't cutting it anymore. Scheduling an appointment was easy, especially since it wasn't urgent. Went for the first time for a new pet. Front staff were polite and helpful. Vet tech was great. Answered questions, let us know what was recommended, and asked what I'd like to do as far as vaccines, etc, for the visit. Dr. gave vaccines and did a quick check, and asked if there were any questions we had. Both Dr. and Vet Tech let us know what was due next and when. Overall, it was a good experience for it being the 1st time. Pricing is a little higher than I anticipated, but I did see they have packages available.
