(from Google)Fun little park. Playground is super cute, firetruck theme equipment was a hot with my boys. There's a large dog park farther down the hill. Also a few tables and awnings. Was quiet, but wouldn't stay past sunset.
I like the dog park and bringing my dog here she gets really excited. The people I meet here seem very chill and their pets mostly well behaved. The park is set a little ways down hill so be prepared to walk a bit. There’s a bench and picnic table in the little dog area. The bigger dog area has a little more seating. Some people don’t pick up their dog’s business so make sure to pay attention where you’re walking. Also watch out for holes in the ground.
They have a section for kids playground and another open space. The dog park is Not too close to the parking lot, which is okay because you're there to walk the dog. Anyway. The big thing that I didn't like about this was there is no bathroom. The dog park gates are breaking and this place could use a little more maintenance. There was a homeless person living in an RV in the parking lot and drug paraphernalia on the ground by where I parked.
The dog park was closed for “maintenance.” I think that means watering? Nothing was being watered... but I’m guessing the grass was getting a much needed rest! We hung out at some picnic tables, Zero met some kids and we enjoyed our time just sitting in the shade. It was a bit warmer than she was used to but she didn’t seem to care! The kids playground looked well maintained and clean. From what I saw there was no trash laying around and everything looked in good repair. Can’t wait to go back to the dog park when we get a chance!
I love it here, there's like no one ever here so it's perfect for me and my dog because I never know wheny dog is going to get reactive towards strangers. Oh and people don't pick up their dogs poop bit doesn't bother me, it's to be expected.
