We were invited here for a birthday celebration so we had one of the private rooms. Everything was top notch. Definitely looking to plan another visit here.

My boyfriend and I came for brunch on Sunday. It was pretty warm outside, so there was plenty of seating available. My boyfriend ordered the Bavette steak, which he said was pretty good though not amazing. I ordered the brisket Benedict, which was pretty good! The potatoes that came with both entrées were also really good. We split the watermelon bowl salad, which was fantastic! The combination of flavors was really good, and it was very refreshing. They had a musician playing on the little outdoor stage, which provided some nice background music. The wait stuff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back but would either sit inside or wait until the cooler weather comes back to enjoy the outdoor seating again.

It’s not every Sunday you find yourself sipping a mimosa in Tyler, Texas, feeling like you’ve stumbled into a cosmopolitan daydream wrapped in Southern oak trees. But that’s exactly what brunch at The Grove feels like — a delicious collision of charm and chic, like Carrie Bradshaw trading her Manolos for cowboy boots (but keeping the diamonds). The moment you walk in, the space radiates that modern farmhouse glow — wood beams, string lights, and the quiet hum of people who take their eggs very seriously. The patio, framed by those ancient trees, feels like the kind of place you could lose track of time — and your third round of Bloody Marys. I went with the chicken and waffles, because life’s too short not to indulge before noon. Perfectly crisp, gracefully drizzled, and paired with a honey butter that practically flirts with your taste buds. My friend ordered avocado toast — yes, we’re those kind of girls — and it arrived looking like it had just stepped off a food magazine cover: bright, beautiful, unapologetically extra. The service? Sweet, attentive, and confidently unhurried, like your favorite brunch companion who knows the gossip can wait until the second mimosa. Everything about The Grove whispers: linger longer, darling. And we did. As we left, the East Texas sun made the wine glasses on the tables sparkle, and I couldn’t help but think — if brunch is a love language, The Grove is fluent.

5 Stars are not enough! I loved everything from the decor, to the friendly smiles, and of course the food quality and presentation. If I didn't live 2 hours away, The Grove would be a place I would visit at a minimum once a month. It wasn't good, it was great. I had the Roasted Poblano soup. It was simply amazing. Creamy with just the right hint of spice. My main dish was The Salmon and Grits. Ive never had A Salmon Grits together and I will honestly say it was a fantastic pairing. The Grand Finale was the Tuxedo Cake. It was pure bliss. In short I emphatically recommend The Grove and definitely give Two Thumbs Up

The Grove Kitchen + Gardens is a must try for Brunch while in Tyler, TX! The staff were good, the atmosphere was good, and the food was great. The Brunch setting included young, old, family + couple - friendly guests. There was a live band and optional outdoor seating with perfectly not so scorching weather. The food was prepared with freshly made (tortilla chips), and hot menu items. The portion sizes were very reasonable, and pricing was comparable to other brunch spots in the area. Service was pleasant and seating was available even without reservations. There’s a cool bar area that is also available away from the general dining and live performance areas.l if interested.
