Happy Tails Dog Grooming and Training

It’s was our pups first grooming session by a professional and happy tails did an amazing job and the look great!

Samm always does a great job with my Louie! She’s thorough but quick, which my dog and I both appreciate! Other places I’ve gone sometimes take 4 hours for a full groom where Samm gets it done in about an hour. Highly recommend you give her a shot with your pup if you’re looking for a new groomer!

Edit- Just realized they cut his whiskers down to less than an inch long on the left side of his face!! I'd give them negative stars if I could. The first time we went they just deshed our golden retriever, so this time we brought him and our other smaller dog and wanted a deshed on our golden and trim the sanitary area, and a trim on the smaller dog. They butchered the hair on our golden all over... cutting hair on the ears, chest, and everywhere, not just the sanitary areas like my wife tried to tell her. Instead of listening she interrupted and talked over my wife and clearly didn't get the memo. You're really not supposed to cut goldens' hair so much and most groomers should know that already. Worse than that, they cut the smaller dogs skin pretty badly on the neck and elbow. The elbow looks like a chunk of skin was taken off and the neck is badly damaged too. My wife asked how it went when she picked the dogs up and they said everything went great...also we just brushed him and filled a brush...so I seriously doubt he was even deshedded at all.. Needless to say we won't be coming back.

Samm did a great job on my 3 Scotties, she took 1/3 of the time and was 1/2 the cost of PetSmart. I’m so glad we saw her sign, we have a great new groomer and the dogs look amazing!! Thanks Samm for doing a great job!

I have two big dogs who desperately needed a good grooming. I informed Sam of what I wanted from their appointments and my expectations were exceeded when I came to pick up my puppies. Sam took great care of them and I couldn’t have been happier. The communication was great and scheduling was very easy. I’ll definitely be bringing my dogs back to see Sam on a regular basis!
