(from Google)This was my first time at Lamar Dr. location- I typically use the Cannon Dr. location for daycare, boarding, and occasional grooming, and I've never had any complaint. I scheduled a partial grooming service for my pet. He was supposed to receive a bath with grooming on his face, feet, and sani area. I also paid a little extra for premium shampoo and teeth brushing. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and my pet was loved on by the woman who checked us in. She clarified about what I wanted with his face trim and took him back. My husband is the one who picked him up that afternoon, so I didn't see my dog until late that evening. I realized he did not look like he had been cut/groomed AT ALL other than a bath. He smelled good, but didn't even look like he had had a blow dry as his fur was very curly. His fur did not look shorter or trimmed anywhere, except maybe right around his eyes, but even there I wasn't sure. The next day I called and spoke to an employee, who said she answered calls for all locations, and I told her about my concerns. (I spent almost $70 with the tip for this service). She said she would get in touch with the groomer and get back with me. I never heard from her after that. That was over 2 weeks ago. I'm very disappointed because we very much appreciate the daycare and boarding at Cannon Dr. - but I'm not sure that I trust requesting grooming services in the future after this incident. I don't believe my pet was mistreated or anything like that, but I do not believe I received the service I paid for.
I took my dog here for 3 days of boarding for the first time. I think everything went ok, but I’m beyond frustrated because I tried to talk to someone multiple times to see how she did and they had no clue. I’m not looking for a book on it, just a little feedback since she never went before and gets anxiety. I also paid for her nails to be clipped with her bath and doesn’t look like it was done. Lesson learned, will find somewhere else in the future.
I have taken my dog to pet palace on several occasions with no issues. However, on October 5th I told the facility to not cut my dog's nails because they did not need it at that session. When I got my dog out of my vehicle and there were several spots of blood on the back seat of my vehicle. The incorrectly cut 2 nails one on each paw. I contacted the facility Monday to let them know what had happened and no one followed up with me on the issue. I called again on Thursday to address my concerns. I was told the facility manager would reach out to me and I still have not spoken with anyone about how they hurt my dog. It was painful for her to walk for several days. I had to wrap one paw because it would rebleed when I took her outside to potty. Things happen I am understanding of that but to ignore a customers concern is not okay. I do not recommend Pet Palace for pet grooming at this time. So, disappointed.
Amazing! Grooming and staff is by far the best I have interacted with. We have a goldendoodle and English bulldog, new to town and we feel apart of the family! Would highly recommend. If I could give 100 stars I would. Lastly, I can’t wait for my fur babies to go to doggie day care here!
Customer service was amazing! We left our babies for a weekend while we traveled. Our dogs had their own space for the night and were taken outside to play and chill throughout the day on a daily basis. We also received picture texts of our dogs while we were out. Dogs were actually calm and we could tell that they were treated very well. We dropped off food and treats and they rationed it out for them per our instructions. We will definitely use again! Honestly, the price seemed reasonable too. No complaints here. Highly recommend!
