Store aisles are too tight. I’ve visited this location 2 times and had to use restroom both times. First time I ended up walking out of store because both bathrooms were beyond disgusting to even use. Upon my exit I mentioned something to store employee that both restrooms needed severe attention. My most recent visit I was shopping and needed to use restroom. It’s very apparent that the restrooms never get cleaned. Reminds me of the dirty gas station bathroom where you don’t want to even touch the paper towels. This is a newer location so please do better.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ms. Kimmy over the phone, and I truly felt compelled to leave this review because of how exceptional the experience was. From the very beginning, Kimmy made me feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. She took her time to answer every question thoroughly, cleared up any uncertainties, and provided information that went far beyond what I expected — including things I didn’t even know I needed to ask. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help were truly impressive. What stood out most was her warmth and tone. She was kind, upbeat, and professional, creating an interaction that felt both reassuring and effortless. I can almost always find what I need at this store. And the employees are very friendly. Kris always makes my shopping there enjoyable and pleasant.

Have been bringing my fur babies to this Petco grooming for almost a year and they are always so nice. There was one day I scheduled at the wrong petco location and even tho they were booked they still fit me in. Stephany was super nice and helpful. We had an issue where I couldn't get them groomed because they didn't have their vaccines and she helped me with resources on to get them vaccined at a low cost and scheduled me for another day and gave a discount for inconvenience. The other groomers there are nice and professional. My babies were treated nice and they looked so cute and happy after. I can tell here they actually care for the animals and treat them well. I have heard horror stories from groomers and you never know how your babies will be treated. This petco grooming is amazing ! Grooming aside - the store is always clean and has everything in stock and the cashiers take time to chat with you and make sure everything you needed was taken care of. Amazing team!!!!!
