huge shout out to James!! the process of adoption couldn’t have been better. James was so kind, caring and answered all of my questions with honesty and assurance. you can tell he really loves and cares for these puppies. i’m so thankful for this place for helping this dream happen! we love little miss dolly!!

I recently visited Puppies N Love and had a very positive experience. The environment was welcoming, organized, and supportive from the start. The process of bringing home a puppy was clearly explained and handled efficiently, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. James stood out for his professionalism and willingness to help. He was attentive, patient, and more than willing to assist with anything I needed without hesitation. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the process, which made a noticeable difference. Overall, I truly enjoyed getting a puppy from Puppies N Love. The experience was smooth and well-managed, I cannot thank James enough as he played a key role in making it easy and enjoyable.

I came in today just to see all the puppies and happened to notice a lab puppy available for adoption. Unfortunately, I recently experienced the loss of my own yellow lab and really just wanted to spend a moment petting the little guy. James was kind enough to not only let me pet the lil guy, but also gave me time in a room to get some much-needed love from that lil ball of joy. He took time out of his shift to allow me to play with the dog and shared how losing a dog is incredibly hard, but worth the grief for all the memories and moments of love they give us. Thank you for all the time and kindness you gave me today, James. You are truly a gem of a person and an employee!

Staff and puppies are great but this place really struggles with their puppies having Giardia, which is contagious to other dogs and people. We have been battling it with our poor Koda almost 6 mos. One of our other dogs even caught it and had to be treated. Another customer mentioned it to us but we still loved our sweet puppy so we dismissed it. Boy were they right as we are still treating it now. You should not have to deal with this given the price you are paying. Its not easily treated so think about your purchase. They offer to cover the initial cost but that doesn't compensate for having to wash toys and bedding constantly or having to pick up feces constantly to avoid spreading. Its a real hardship for the poor puppy constantly having diarrhea and for you trying to protect yourself and other pets.

Absolutely Amazing staff here at this specific location! Michael is who we purchased our sweet baby Cockapoo Lola through he has been excellent every step of the way, so kind and helpful. Stan has gone above and beyond for us, Taylor was so educational and so patient with us , Haley, and the rest of the front crew as well as the amazing vet techs they have all taken such good care of Lola and us every time we came in. The customer service here is top notch, and I can say that as I helped my sister at another location and it was nowhere near the level of service as we have gotten here. We visited our puppy every single day sometimes 2x a day until she was ready to come home and they always let us take as much time as we wanted and never rushed us. We appreciate every single one of the staff members here. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone!!!!
