Three Birds Tavern

No complaints about the customer service. Nothing wrong with the food but it's nothing fancy either. It is a neat looking place but the day I was there, it was quite warm in there. There's constantly people going in and out of the doors because some people want to sit outside and eat (for whatever reason). In this case you have to have a second unit to run during operating hours to keep that hot air out. For this reason alone, I would not go back. If it were not for this, it would be a place I would want to go to again and try other things they offer. I got a summer type drink and it was great.

When you’re permitted to make a reservation it signifies you will be able to seat and eat promptly. While I applaud Three Bird Tavern for telling us up front their ticket times were over an hour, if that’s the case turn off reservations. Also, don’t seat someone in the system if they aren’t dining. You did that and blocked our ability to book another restaurant, even after I messaged you. We then had to wait somewhere else for a seat and brunch. Alas it was great and everything happens for a reason. First and last impressions matter, just like details. 2 stars because we didn’t eat there, but still a bad experience. Do better.

I ordered the eggs Benedict, and it took 45 mins to come out, the portions were way off and the egg was cooked so hard that I didn't even want to eat it. Everything came out cold and since it took 45 mins to come out, I decided to just pay for my drink and leave. The staff claimed that they were understaffed, but we came in with barely anyone in the restaurant and there were more than enough staff members to bring hot food out in a timely manner.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Three Birds Tavern! The shepherd's pie was absolutely delicious perfectly flavorful filling. I also tried the tavern tea, which was the perfect complement to my meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was great. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this gem!

Very good atmosphere, sitting on the terrace is really nice. Good selection of foods available. Burgers, sandwiches, starters, desserts and vegetarian options. I went for the pulled pork burger with fries, which was ok. Not bad not exceptional exactly what you would expect. We also tried the Shepard's pie, also nothing special. It seemed a little overpriced, but that pretty much the new standard.
