(from Google)My husband came here tonight to get his propane tank filled and the lady at the front paged the guy to come fill it and he must of said tell them " we don't have any" and she told him they seen the truck leave .And tells my husband he never wants to do anything. Yes he came to fill it. Well my friend decided to call and ask for pricing and the lady said we dont have any propane".I told my friend I just left there and they did. (We live 3 min away ) I wonder how much business you lost tonight from them saying the propane is empty. Not good Customer service at all especially before a huge winter storm.Do better
At 9:59 AM, I called the store to confirm availability of a 4-pack of universal snow blower keys. The associate placed me on hold for approximately two minutes to physically locate the item and then confirmed it was in stock. Before ending the call at 10:01 AM, I clearly stated that I would be placing the order online immediately so it could be fully paid for and held for pickup. I received order confirmation via email and text at 10:03 AM. Based on that confirmation, I immediately got on the Garden State Parkway and paid the toll to head to the store. At 10:12 AM, I noticed a cancellation notification that had been sent at 10:06 AM. I exited the parkway and called the store again. The associate I spoke with noted: - Online orders take time to appear in the system - MILLIONS of customers were attempting to purchase the same item (?) - The item had been sold in-store to another customer - The system takes time to update I did not expect the item to be held without payment, nor did I expect it to be held indefinitely. However, I did expect that after a customer called to confirm stock, immediately placed and paid for an online pickup order (within two minutes of hanging up), and received confirmation via email and text, reasonable care would be taken to check for incoming orders or allow a brief window before selling the item to another customer. Receiving an order confirmation reasonably indicates that the item is available and reserved—particularly after confirming availability directly with the store moments earlier. Selling the item anyway, within minutes, resulted in wasted time, unnecessary travel, and out-of-pocket toll expenses. I also want to note that I did attempt to plan ahead and replace the missing keys prior to today, but circumstances and prior order cancellations led me to rely on in-store pickup. One of the conveniences of Tractor Supply is the ability to speak with a real associate and pick up an item soon after purchase… without it being sold out from under you. Unfortunately, this experience did not align with that expectation.
Signed up for subscribe and save for delivery. Never delivered. Had to pick up myself. The next month I order for pickup and it says in stock online. Get there and they sign ahevbit even though my order was ready. Useless store.
Not a big tractor supply but it has the dog food we need! We can’t find it in person anywhere else. Only online which is frustrating. My dog has pancreas issues and it’s the lowest fat food we could find before going prescription. Staff has always been friendly here
If you're a farm boy or girl, this is the store for you. Also they have tractor and trailer part and accessories and mowers and off road vehicles. Smokers and barbecues. Also they carry all the items you you to attract or chase away animals, which ever you choose. And much of your farming accessories.
