Love this store! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They host our rescue One Dog Arizona for adoption events on Sundays and are always very helpful!

Accessible parking store-front and they have accessible automatic door entrance. Decent selection of pet food here and they have refrigerated food too for pets. They also have pet accessories here too. It's a convenient place to stop if you're in the area. They also have cat adoption viewings on the weekend. Employees are welcoming. The store is clean and everything was well-organized, so it was easy to find items.

Using their dog wash is always great. The cashiers are always super friendly and helpful. The dogs love it so much they roll in more dirt to come back

No one was at the front desk when I walked in cause staff was chatting with someone at the back. There was no eye contact. When I stood there waiting for the conversation to be over for some help, the staff continued chatting with another guest about something not about pets. I know returning guests is essential, and there is a lack of employees everywhere. However, the staff could give me eye contact or smile and let me know she would help me out later. Just leaving a new guest to wait without even eye contact is rude. A lot of things inside, most of them are about dogs. Price is strange. Instinct Dry Cat Food 5 LB usually is $20 to $30, and here it is $36. I do not recommend this place to anyone cause of the experience. Hope they could do better next time.

Stop shopping at the big chain stores. You need to come here for your pet supplies. They have a huge variety of pet food, treats, and toys. The store is large and clean. It’s well organized and easy to maneuver. The staff is helpful and congenial. This place has personality plus. They also have everything your pet might need.
