(from Google)They are amazing! They are super patient and loving with my little Kimchi. They are very responsive via email and it has been extremely easy to book our appointments. We are very grateful that they offer cat nail trims!
Love this place. Our furries smell so good coming home. Super helpful, well organized. They never have too much overlap of pups which is helpful for skiddish pups.
Coming from a groomer on the east coast who i was so happy with, finding a groomer here in sonoma county was hard, and scary. I found soggy doggy, and was very happy. Rebecca and Tim are skilled and gentle. My two dogs are so comfortable with them. One of my dogs has neurological issues, chorea, tremors, and weakness. They are very kind with him, and gentle, it might take longer with him, but they don't push him past his ability. They both are beautiful after their grooms. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Only place is town for hand stripping. Thankfully they do a great job! Highly recommend!
We moved to Santa Rosa 1½ years ago, and we've had a terrible time trying to find a groomer (most won't even return my call). I've been "grooming" our poor 15-yo Maltese for over a year. He hates it, I hate it, and he looked terrible because I am not a groomer. I *finally* got on the wait list with Rebecca at The Soggy Doggy, and got lucky with a cancellation. She listened to what I wanted, and really delivered. WOW. I've never seen Kobe look so handsome even with other groomers we've had in the past. It's obvious that she really cares about the animals in her care and her skill as a groomer is very evident. I've already booked out appointments through the end of the year.
