Believe the other reviews about poor responses, as we witnessed it in person. I came to this store with my mother, sister, daughter, and nephew, to share what should have been an exciting moment. Instead, it turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing customer experience. The male staff member assisting us, a person of color, was excellent. He was welcoming, patient, and professional while allowing us to spend time with a few of the puppies that we were eyeing. At no point did he indicate we were doing anything wrong while interacting with the dog. He treated us like normal customers, which is exactly how it should be. Unfortunately, the experience changed the moment an older white man, who appeared to be the manager, approached us. Without speaking respectfully, he abruptly said, "so which one are you getting? Then, proceeded to say "be sure not to drop him because if you drop it, it breaks then it's over". Mind you we had been playing with the dog for a little over 10 minutes WITH the staff member present the entire time. My mom told him this, and the man rudely says “Yea well I have a policy. My small dogs go on the floor." The tone was condescending, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. After that, we told the kids to give the dogs back, and he asked which one were we getting. My mom told him none due to his attitude, and he said "then go" and made a swatting gesture to my mom (super disrespectful as a man and just in general). As a Hispanic/Black family, the interaction felt very much like racial profiling. Instead of being treated like customers who came ready to do business, we were treated like people who didn’t belong there or couldn’t be trusted. Ironically, we walked in fully prepared to purchase a puppy, a $4,000+ sale. Because of the manager’s attitude and assumptions, we walked right back out. Let me be very clear: we absolutely belonged there, and we absolutely could afford the dog. Businesses talk a lot about customer service, but respect and basic decency should be the bare minimum. When management can’t offer that, it says everything about the environment they’re running. The male staff member who helped us was genuinely kind and professional. He deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the behavior of management completely overshadowed the experience. Hopefully ownership takes feedback like this seriously, because assumptions and poor treatment of customers will continue to cost this business more than just one sale.

Some of these puppies are dirty and some are matted. They should get some type of grooming. They got poop stuck on them.. Too many mixes and for them to cost over 2-3k.. Shihtzu, yorkie, doodle mixes. What happened to the breeds?

Amazing experience from start to finish! The store is spotless and well-organized, and Linda and Mike are absolutely fantastic. They made buying my Cavapoo puppy easy, exciting, and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about their animals and customers. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy — highly recommend this place! 🐶

I can not say anything but wonderful things about CT Breeders. We purchased our puppy from them this past Thursday and from the second we walked in how comfortable they made us feel. Everyone was so helpful walking us through everything. We were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted with the puppies so we made the right choice. Once we decided on our new baby the process was easy, we went through all the paperwork and they walked us through it all so we understood everything. Our puppy was given a bath before we took him home and we got to shop and get everything we needed to make sure the transition was good for not just us but for our puppy too. The love and care everyone at CT Breeders have for their puppies is wonderful you could see the genuine love and care in all of them! Thank you CT Breeders for completing our family!

Even though I didn't purchase a puppy yesterday I'm going to leave a review. Spoke to two nice lady's showed me a few different puppies. All were very friendly and sweet I'm not ready yet as I just lost my dog of 13 years which I told both ladies. They were kind and understanding and let me sit with the puppies and cuddle them. They even said sometimes puppy therapy is needed. When I am ready I will come back to get my puppy. Place was clean smelled good (not normal for a pet store) got great vibes. My heart felt so much better. Thank you CT breeders for the time I appreciate it. Leaving a picture of one of the babies at sat with he was such a good puppy.
