Banfield Pet Hospital

Took my cat here twice. While I don't like the idea of my cat going to the back without me being there. Front desk and doctor are very good. Doctor has been the most informative vet I've had (I've been to 4 different vets in my area). Took my cat to bond vet the first time because we noticed her sneezing, and they didn't make a big deal out of it (no anti-biotics) and she was still the same a few days after. Took her to banfield, and the doctor prescribes meds + eye drops and she's back to normal. Very informative, and concise. Not sure if I'd make this my permanent vet since taking them to the back without me makes me a bit uncomfortable, but I will recommend

If you love your dog or cat please stay away from Banfield in Woodbridge NJ . My dog would be alive if I hadn’t taken her there , spent thousands of dollars only to have wrong diagnoses every time. The day after her last visit she became so ill I had to take her to VEG Emergency Pet Hospital( they were 5 star wonderful) . In 5 minutes they told me what years at Banfield and them going after thousands of dollars never told me. But it was too late. I held my little girl BABYDOG as she crossed over The Rainbow Bridge. Banfield gave me wrong diagnoses. Did nothing for her except giving me medicines that made her violently sick.She had infections I wasn’t told about. And cancer that Banfield said she didn’t have. But she did . Too late. . My baby is dead and Banfield has many thousands of dollars and I am a senior on SSI and Foodstamps and Medicaid. I trusted them . I shouldn’t have. I want to look into suing them . They should be shut down.

I made an appointment for my dog to get 1 vaccine and they told me I had an appointment for 3:30pm. I did not get my dog back until 5:10pm, causing me to be late for work. It wasn't communicated that they just shove your dog in the back in a kennel for hours until they can actually get to them. It was a shame because I've been to other locations and have never experienced this. They should really tell people the process beforehand if it's just a drop off, go, and they call when your pet is ready. I definitely will not be returning after this.

I absolutely love Banfield Woodbridge! The staffs are always so friendly and helpful. My dog had his yearly dental cleaning recently and the doctor was so informative about the whole process and kept updating me about my dog, which I am extremely grateful for since I am a worrier. I appreciate all the staff for caring for my dog!

I went to the pet hospital early Saturday morning to bring my fur baby for his necessary check ups and such. They were very professional and helpful. They were able to provide answers to all our questions. We were notified with every little thing that was done for my pet which I loved and appreciated. I recommend this to any pet owners.
