PetSmart Grooming

I wouldn’t recommend this groomer as they currently are. I’d happily leave them a zero star review if I could. I have a mini poodle and a Lhasa apso that are 4 and 10 respectively. Both dogs have been groomed every 4-6 weeks since pups with zero issues or complaints from groomers. The last two times we’ve went in, their cuts haven’t been right despite being what we always get. This last time (01/18/2026), their cuts were horrible. We go with a poodle cut and a teddy bear cut. The poodle cut came out with an uneven cut on the top of the head, face nose with several missed spots, and random places on her legs that were missed all together. The teddy bear cut has very choppy scissor cut on the face. It’s like a toddler took scissors to his face. His tail was washed, but not cut or brushed out at all. If you don’t want your dogs to look like they were groomed at home by someone that’s never cut a dog before, I’d recommend literally anywhere else.

We recently moved here and I’m big on finding a good groomer as I take my dog monthly. All of the girls here are so kind. With it being a new environment my pup was a little nervous but was good for them the whole time. Communication was great and I appreciate how they checked out his nails and asked about his coat/personality before just taking him back.

I went in with my niece. She found what she was looking for. She had to asked an associate where a certain kind of food was for her dog. He took us straight to the fridge. I watched a dog being groomed. There wasn't enough birds there. The facility was clean also

We used to take our old dog to Kai but he is so popular, it’s impossible to book him these days. We took one of our new dogs to Carter few months ago and it was a great experience, just booked another appointment for both of our dogs. The person who was “helping” us book an appointment was so unfriendly, if we didn’t know any better or were first time customers, we would have left. She was condescending, uninterested and almost rude. So my advice if you are trying them for the first time, don’t let the person assisting you fool you - actual techs are pretty good!
