On Point Animal Hospital Surfside

I visited the Surfside location of On Point Veterinary Hospital. We were there on vacation and our dog was injured and needed seen. I cannot say enough how wonderful they were. Everyone we encountered there was professional, kind, very welcoming and compassionate. Although we did have to wait a couple hrs to be seen as a walk-in, it was worth it to receive the excellent care we did. Dr. Bishop was extremely knowledgeable and took her time explaining options to us. Although my dog is still on the mend, she made it possible for us to continue or vacation with our dog feeling much more comfortable and she gave us very helpful advice on how to proceed with his care going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If we lived in the area they would definitely be my vet of choice.

I seriously have to thank the staff at on point for being so nice and caring for my baby mommaz. They were super understanding and more than helpful as I was faced with one of the most unfortunate circumstances. I had tried multiple other vets/animal hospitals and was greeted so rudely that I couldn’t even imagine letting them essentially save my dogs life… I had almost given up and felt so helpless for my dog until I walked into the doors of this establishment. She still has a long road to recovery but because of you guys Mommaz was able to have that chance. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars … and shout out to Cam she was really awesome , super helpful , genuine & just so nice.

Me and husband feel sad that we tried to save this little 5 week old kitten; our baby kitten Slice to Ty-Kowa is up in heaven. Its see the little one go, we want to try help other animals. Props and kudos, but mostly giving blessings to nurse Alyssa, Doctor Todd, another doctor and the rest of the others in the staff done everything they could to help the little one. Hopefully, if we ever see any endanger but abandon kittens or puppies out there? We'll have to take them to this animal hospital right away. Still deeply heartbroken of this sudden loss, but reassured by the others that little Ty-Kowa is up there in heaven. ❤️🪽

We had an emergency with a feral cat who was in labor for 2 days who was having complications with the birth. She was unable to have the kittens on her how and was screaming in agony and needed a c section asap. We contacted several vets and OnPoint Surfside as the ONLY vet willing to take the kitty and so the surgery. We are so grateful to OnPoint for helping this poor kitty who was about to die to assist her with the birth. They were also able to save one of her kittens. Sadly by the time she got helped the other two kittens passed away.

I don’t even have the words to express how much we appreciate Lauren. She is truly one of a kind. Every time we bring our dogs in, she goes far beyond what’s expected showing them patience, kindness, and genuine love. She takes the time to explain things in a way we understand, eases our worries, and makes sure our dogs feel safe and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who combines so much skill with such a big heart. Knowing she’s there gives us complete peace of mind, and we honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better to care for our pups. She has become such an important part of our dogs’ lives, and ours too. We are endlessly grateful for her. All of the vets and staff at on point are the best!
