(from Google)Took our pet on a Saturday at 6pm. The vet, was extremely patient and you can tell he has a passion for helping animals. The clinic staff were friendly and helpful. The service was reasonable. I would highly recommend.
They have great vets. Cheap and affordable. They neutered my cat Pepper.
Excellent clinic and grooming service place! Personnel is nice and caring with your pet. My cat was spayed there, and everything was excellent.
I took my dog with an aye problem, and Dr. Carolina, even though she is a very young person, was so professional and knew the problem my dog had. I highly recommend this clinic. They treat my dog with kindness and, above all, with good results.
**Update#1**: July 25, 2024. One week follow up to the day and Jasper has finished his pain meds and last day of antibiotics. Testimony of Dr Maldonado's great care and treatment. July 18, 2024 very first time to visit this veterinarian. Looked at and read Google reviews because I had never brought my dog to the veterinarian in Mexico. Called from San Antonio and wanted a veterinarian that spoke English because I have a limited vocabulary of Spanish and not enough for conversation. The vet tech Alejandra answered the phone with a friendly voice. She stayed patient with me and answered all my questions. She provided a WhatsApp number and I stayed in contact with them even after numerous questions and our first appointment had to be rescheduled. Their prices are posted which helps a lot for us Americans to determine what type and how much care for our loved ones. Jasper our dog 12.5 years old needed teeth cleaned, extractions, blood work, sedation and sebaceous cysts removed. We scheduled 9:00 a.m. but were late by 30 minutes and Dr Maldonado and Alejandro assured us it was okay and were so understanding. After a few minutes we could tell interaction was good and they love their jobs. Dr Maldonado did not push any type of treatments but was very detailed in her initial exam and ran a few tests to include blood work, X-rays, testing the cyst cells, sonogram for the stomach due to lack of eating and provided results of the blood work. Five teeth extractions to include canine, molar, incisors, anesthesia, antibiotics and the cyst removal total came to 4,500 pesos or $250 at the current 18 Mexican pesos to the dollar. Dr Maldonado provided aftercare instructions all in English and answered all questions. She definitely earned our trust and loyalty for Jasper's future care. Will request her by name. Amazingly, she performed the teeth extraction and cyst removal in 1.5 hours. The long part was the waiting for the sedation to wear off. Highly recommend to cross the border for your care as US vet prices are outrageous the same procedures would probably have cost $700 to $1,000 or more. Highly recommend and will return to this veterinarian as our primary.
