Fresh Pawz Grooming by Emileigh Bishop

I recently took my cat, Leo, in for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Leo has extremely long hair, and I'm pretty picky about how groomers shave his stomach for the summertime because I want him to stay comfortable while still looking natural and well-groomed. I went over everything I wanted done, and when I picked Leo up, she had followed every detail perfectly. His stomach trim was exactly how I envisioned it, and the overall groom looked wonderful. Leo looked clean, comfortable, and so handsome when I got him back.

My sister recently boarded her dog at Fresh Paws, and during the stay, the dog went missing. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed my sister. Our family felt abandoned during a very stressful situation. Communication was extremely disappointing. At one point she was offered money for the dog rather than meaningful assistance in finding her pet. When concerns were raised in person, management was dismissive and told our family to leave. Thankfully, we found the dog ourselves. It was only after the situation gained significant attention on social media that Fresh Paws began implementing changes. While we appreciate any efforts to improve, the experience left us with serious concerns about how situations like this are handled. Losing a customer's pet is a worst-case scenario, and we expected accountability, compassion, and support from the beginning. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.Go anywhere else

They did such a good job with our Draco! They got him in last minute and we forgot to let them know he doesn’t do the best with kennels but they accommodated for him by letting him out. He came home looking so fresh and seemed very happy! Will be bringing him back here again!

I took my dog to Fresh Pawz to get their nails trimmed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was gentle, patient, and clearly cared about my dog’s comfort. Everything was quick, stress-free, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Fresh Paws to other pet owners!

This review is for my cats grooming. 1/3/26 (Phoebe) I am grateful to have found this groomer, it’s close to home and reasonably priced. My feedback on my first experience is that the wash/shave down was very fast. Too fast. I found a mat under my cats neck (area completely missed) and she had a bunch of dander on her butt and tail. Her tail does not appear to have been combed out much, if at all. I’m not complaining, just pointing out that her groom was absolutely rushed, the fastest I’ve ever had her done, 90 minutes. Dropped off about 8:10, ready at 9:40. All previous groomings, she was away from home for at least 4 hours for various reasons I’m sure. I will bring her back for another groom in the future and will mention these things to see if there is some improvement. Other than that, very kind and a big, big space for grooming. Groomer: Linzy
