They have reasonable prices

The staff is not very friendly and the opening hours are odd. The service is good.

Long wait . They claim I needed a wellness document to travel with my dog and charged me 95 dollars . The letter had an expiration date of 10 days . So every time you travel you have to pay again for the document .

Just excellent!!! Firt time that I take my dog, Mosley, there and the experience was excellent!! 👍🏻👍🏻

(Edited to add a star.) I got used to their work flow and I've kept coming. The breakdown: there is at least a 1 hour wait, if you are far down the list, is more like 2+ hours. Their aprox speed is like 4 pets an hour. They will call you, to aks the customary questions for each visit. Which gives you a "heads up" of 15 to 25 minutes. Bottom line, their location is in a small shopping center, so there is plenty of parking, and there are many fast foods around, so the wait is not so bad, after all. Yes, I would reccomend, at least for vaccines. (Next is the old review) Its a mixed bag. Great prices, but always full, so there is a 2 to 4 hour wait. Is an awful wait. I guess is to be expected, since they have good prices. Had I known, I would have signed the waiting list and come back 2 hours later.
