Dogtopia of Westchase

Kitty was an absolutely amazing groomer!! She took wonderful care of my senior pup Paisley and gave her an adorable cut. She was very sweet to my pup as well. She was friendly, efficient, thorough, thoughtful & gave updates throughout the grooming session and was very knowledgeable about what was best for my pup. I was very comfortable with my dog being in her care. I would highly recommend Kitty to anyone needing a groom for their dog. I could not say enough great things about her. I was so thankful to find such an awesome groomer in Tampa! Thankyou Kitty & Dogtopia!

Our puppy has loved her time at Dogtopia so far and is very relaxed when she gets home from a fun day of playing with other doggie friends.

The staff here mean well, and the owner is very nice, but the facility has some safety issues. Before taking your dog here, take a tour of the facility, especially early in the morning. The crates they put the dogs in are extremely rusted, even on the bottom where the dogs walk. That’s dangerous. There’s no crate trays either, so the dogs lay on the grate instead of the smooth plastic crate tray that should be in there. Having worked with dogs and at animal facilities I can tell you that, although urine is a common smell during the day, the facility should not wreak of it in the hallways first thing in the morning. This means bacteria and urine are not being completely sanitized. If you’ve ever been to an animal ER you know what I mean. I don’t think the people are bad or mean, and their heart is in the right place, but they have some serious safety issues they need to address.

I took my puppy Chloe to Dogtopia for the first time this month on the 10th and she loved it. I loved the care that they give my Chloe. I will totally recommend to friends and family.

Took my 11 year old pupper here. I like how they have cameras that you can see your little one at anytime. When I went inside everything was clean. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other boarding places I’ve used. The staff are knowledgable and compassionate especially with the fur babies. Cosmo stayed for two nights, and when I picked him up he was happy and not stressed so I know he had a good time.
