(from Google)Wonderful dog park that is frequented by a community of caring dog owners and a wide variety of dogs big and small. I bring my small dog multiple times per week and he always has a positive experience. Facilities/benches/water fountains and bowls are well taken care of and generally clean. Well lit in the evenings with overhead lights as well.
It's a nice park, been going here for a long time and others in the county. I've dealt with a few sensitive people specifically at this park only. It's a dog park, dogs will bark and try to get others to play. barking is not always a sign of aggression 🙄
It is a dog park and all dogs are different and need to be under the control of their owner. This park has trees and some grass and several picnic tables and benches for seating. There is plenty of room for dogs to run and play and chase after balls and toys. I've enjoyed all of the dogs and owners I have met; a friendly place with lighting that can be turned back on with a timer after dark if no one is there.
Great play-yard segregated for small children (ages 2 to 5) and young children (ages 5 to 12). A nice freebie are that you can rest for a while while the children have fun. Also good for adolescent kids as there is a baseball court right next to the park. Bottom line a great experience for the whole family.
A little small...and the closeness to a speeding roadway is sketch if your dog happens to get out the park...just a scary place for an animal to relax with speeding cars ripping by
