Our dog Lando went to Anita's Wags to Riches in East Brunswick for the past 5 years. We were so happy with Anita and so disappointed to hear she was retiring. Anita let us know that she had checked out Pawsticcerie in Edison and she was very comfortable recommending them to her customers. Today was Lando's first visit to Pawsticcerie. He was a bit anxious, but groomer Kiersten got down to his level and put out her hand for Lando to become familiar with her. As we left, we could see Lando looking back at us. The appointment took a little more than two hours so my wife and I used that time to go on a date at a local restaurant. When we returned, any anxiety Lando had earlier was gone. In fact, he was confidently exploring inside the store and his new cut looked great! All three of the employees we encountered were nothing short of wonderful! Highly recommended if you are seeking a groomer. Lando even got a generous gift bag for his first visit!

The grooming here is super detailed! Kiersten, the groomer, is really nice and patient. They do an amazing job with the bath—actually massaging the shampoo deep into the fur to make sure it’s thoroughly clean. My dog Yang Guo came out looking and smelling great (and even more handsome than usual 😉). Highly recommend!

We just had our first grooming at Pawticerrie and it was wonderful. Kirsten asked specific questions and we agreed on Birdie’s needs. When I picked her up she was perfect. White and silky and happy to see me. Kiersten is very caring and calm. I like that you can see the grooming areas and the pups are able to walk around after they are done. It’s a warm friendly place and recommended highly.

My partner and I visited Pawsticcerie to buy a sweater for our Dachshund puppy. Promptly after entering, Kiersten greeted us warmly and showed us around the shop. She answered all of our questions and even took a moment to help clip our puppy’s nails. Kiersten is very helpful and skillful in dog care + grooming. She made our puppy feel safe while working with her, allowing our pup to sniff the clipping tools prior to working with her to make sure that she was comfortable. I would recommend Pawsticcerie to all dog owners in the area. There are supplements, leashes, and clothing for your dogs. Thank you so much!

I had such a great experience with our new groomer, Kiersten! She was incredibly attentive and took the time to ask detailed questions about everything — from the type of shampoo and fragrance preferences to the style of cut we wanted. The grooming package also included teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and nail trimming, which was a wonderful bonus. They estimated that he would be finished in 2 hours and were very precise with their time. The perfect amount of time for me to go across the street to grab some brunch and slowly sip on my coffee. My dog’s coat has never looked better — it’s noticeably brighter, whiter, and so soft. You can really tell she put care and attention into every detail. The shop itself was very clean and welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I’m very pleased and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Kiersten to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about both pets and their owners!
