(from Google)We have used Vetco Total Care for six (6) years and we are very happy to recommend their services for your pet. The Doctors and the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional in the delivery of their services. You can rest assured they will take care of your baby!!!
Went for a wellness check. There was nobody at the front to greet me or check me in. Waited about 10 minutes. Once I was in exam room doctor was very quiet spoke in bullet points maybe 10 words. I tried to ask simple questions around food and doctor wouldn't answer. Doctor left exam and I wasn't sure if we were done. Very little communication. So I went out to pay and they told me to go back to take my dogs temperature. And then they left me in the room again. So I went out to pay again. Very back and forth very little clear instructions. Its just an exam it didn't have to be so strange overall. I have been to other Vetcos and only experienced this in Eastlake.
We brought in our indoor cat for an ingrown cat nail. The vet and the staff are nice and was able to address the issue professionally. We will definitely return here for our cat's vet needs.
I took my dog to Dr. Chie Horita at the Eastlake CV location 2 times over 3 days the end of Oct. 2024, she was having some issues with vomiting. $1400 later, blood work and X-rays and I was told nothing was wrong. My little girl didn’t get better so I took her to the La Mesa Emergency Pet Clinic 5 days later. The doctor there felt her tummy and found a large lower abdominal tumor. Ultra sound confirmed this. Dr. Horita couldn’t feel it? I spent $1400 where she could have just felt the tumor? I had to put my dog down 2 days later. I will NEVER go back to Vetco. Completely incompetent.
Jennifer went above and beyond on making it as less stressful for my Elsy’s vet visit. She was helpful and informative. She took great care of baby.
