Receptionist is TERRIBLE! She’s rude to customers and extremely unprofessional. Sorry but if you don’t like to treat with customers you’re in the wrong field. There’s lot of people waiting in line to get a job. Management needs to get involved or customers are going to stop doing business with them.

We were #4 upon opening for our new mascot. Information provided over phone. Quick and attentive service. Weigh in upon entrance, nails clipped, received 1st set of vaccinations and examined by vetenarian. Vetenarian answered all questions and explained how n what our responsibilities are. Very happy with service and price of bill. Provided with a vaccination card. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the staff. They take the time to know and greet all the 4-legged patients as well as their caregivers with care and love. KUDOS

It is unbelievable that you are expected to wait hours in your car and on top of that they don't let you use the bathroom!!! That's against the law to operate a business without allowing you to use the bathroom. The wait time is ridiculous, I do that for a human, but not acceptable for a pet. The doctor himself is good, but I can't support a place that wants your business and your can't use their bathroom.
