Dr D. Was absolutely wonderful. She was excellent with my dog Gypsy. She explained everything in detail and made both of us very comfortable. Dr. D Is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. No one wants to end up at an urgent care, but she made the experience as easy as possible. Thank you!

Very attentive and compassionate care for our aging dog. All options were explained thoroughly and comprehensive instructions were provided for at home recovery. Highly recommend Dr. Reyes and team Carnes PetMed.

Came there for my dog having severe pain in his leg with possible fever. The vet tech (Cody? I think) was very kind and personable. He was very sweet to my dog. The vet there was very kind as well and explained everything very thoroughly. They presented me with my options and went over pricing before treatment. It was such a nice experience during a very stressful time for my dog and I. I will definitely come back to this Carnes location if any of my dogs ever need emergent care!

We took our dog to PawMed late at night after coming home to find she had eaten a good chunk of a blanket. The vet and staff were so kind and understanding. They walked us through basically all of our options and were very transparent about pricing. It was a scary experience but they really helped us through it!

Staff was friendly but did not show me invoice for eye exam for my cat until after I arrived home and was emailed. Was charged $23 for a cone I said she didn't need because she wasn't scratching her face abnormally and two supplies of painkillers (I am not saying she was not in pain or doesn't need them, although she hasn't shown any symptoms of active pain and discomfort other than when the area around her eye is touched. But that I did not even get to see what they were prescribing before I was charged.) Overall, I felt more taken advantage of because I care about my cat and felt that they preyed on that. Will not be coming back for their recommendation of ANOTHER eye exam if she is doing better. Obviously if the issue persists or gets worse then I will bring her in for another eye exam, but not here.
