Super cute place, easy parking. Love the art and decor. A lot of the employees bring their own dogs to work. My dogs were surprisingly well behaved due to the calm vibe of the staff and locale. Haircuts were priced as on the website and payment via credit card was easy. Make sure to bring cash for a tip to the groomers!

Great service. Very friendly towards their customers! Edit: I had to edit this review because a couple days ago it was our last service before we departed PR. They were awesome with our fur baby, and also made sure that she was taken care off whether it was lodging or grooming. They truly love that they do! Excellent service!

We trust them with our dog basically everyday of the week when it comes to daycare services. The dog has time to play outside and it's a great option for those that are planning on leaving for a while. They are great when it comes to all the services provided, and the staff are very amicable.

Love this place. Keep my loved ones looking gorgeous. My mixed breed schauzer can b difficult. She's been rejected at the franchise place. I Loce Dogs always welcome her, do great job. New location is beautiful. Ample parking & always accomodate client. Young lady at the reception is very prosessional

Had a bit of a dog urine smell. Also they were short on shampoo and shine spray for customer purchase. Wasn't too fond of the giant poodle they had walking around. Sure, he's "friendly" but other dogs entering are not, they have no way to stop a fight happening.
