The Watering Hole

If you are looking for a break from the norm, I suggest you visit The Watering Hole! They have a variety of drinks on the menu and include "off menu" drinks. We visited the park on 4-11-26. Went to through the line and was indecisive on what to order. Steven took our order and I asked him for a suggestion. He suggested the off menu Long Island iced tea with raspberry. Holy cow! This thing is amazing! I don't like gin, but you can't taste it. The flavor profile is on point!! Steven's skills are next level and he makes you feel welcome. This is what you expect from theme park interactions and this guy is A-1. If you go, tell him the Astros fan sent you. He will hook you up!!

Steven at the watering hole is absolutely amazing, charismatic, and an amazing way to get us started on our universal experience. He was extremely helpful, gave us information and suggestions. The drinks were well worth the price and I am glad that we ran into this location. We will certainly be returning, and Steven deserves a raise for going above and beyond. Employees as charismatic as Steven are hard to find.

I went there today and I was completely new to this place(as most of the people around). I was looking at the menu displayed above the queue and since there were no much on the queue I had no enough time to go through it. Then the person inside was asking me how can he help me and was bit of a rush. Since I had no time to remember the menu I was trying to ask for a cocktail. Then that Guy, I barely noticed the name as “ Dimitar or Dimitare” was so rude and asked me to tell him the name of the cocktail. Somehow I took my drink and was so embarrassed and disappointed. As everyone here are 90 percent strangers to the place and most of the time so tired with there kids and the families also around people should really be patient with them and above all they should treat their customers nicely.. I’m so dissatisfied with what happened to me.

We are here at universal studios at the watering hole taking a little break and eating some snacks and popcorn and soda here with the grandkids just having a great time the whole Rivera family from The adventures of the riveras are here today and we have my grandkids that they have their own YouTube channel and it's called adventures with J.E.M ON YOUTUBE. We're having a great time and then they have to drink here like the dino roar they have all kinds of different kind of food they have chips nachos loaded nachos food pork nachos barbarian pretzel and pork pretzel sliders this is what today's adventure took us to in will be reporting a lot of other places going on today so just keep saying soon and remember followers give us a like and see where our next adventure will take us. no changes to the watering hole.

Stopped here to get a drink during the day, I’m an annual pass holder and I always stop in shops or quick service restaurants to get a quick coke or water. The woman working at the watering hole was very rude and on top of that asked me to leave a tip on my receipt for a coke at a quick service stand when all she did was hand me an empty cup.
