I’ve been taking my two dogs to Jackpot for a year and a half, and could not be happier! They take excellent care of them, they are super accommodating of any changes in plans and always happy to provide both overnight services, grooming, and daycare. I would give them 6 stars if i could — a perfect local family business!

I have been going here since they opened and have used them for all levels of training, daycare, grooming, and boarding. The team they have is exceptional, caring, flexible, and open to any feedback which I love. I feel like I leave him with friends and family every time. Thank you all for always treating us as such! I couldn’t imagine taking my boy anywhere else. They are even no longer on my commute but still drive out of the way to go here just because I love it so much.

Highly recommend using Jackpot K9 for your training and grooming needs. I did the 10 week training pack for my puppy. He started out very skittish and wouldn’t listen to me when he was anxious which made it hard to go to public places with him. After working with Abby and Travis he is so well behaved, confident, and can even enjoy being in crowded places. It was like a complete 180 in just a few short weeks, and I’m looking forward to bringing him back in for group training classes too! My puppy is a very curly golden doodle and I also bring him here to get groomed, and they do a fantastic job and they have great pricing. (Both for grooming and training)

I’ve worked with other trainers before, but Jackpot K9 is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Abby has been our trainer for private lessons with my dog Dude, and the difference has been night and day. Dude went from pulling nonstop on leash to walking calmly by my side, and now we’re even working on off-leash training—something I honestly never thought would be possible for him. I purchased the 6-lesson package and every single session we walk away with new knowledge that actually sticks. Dude retains what he learns, and I feel more confident as an owner each time we leave. The staff truly cares about the dogs and their people. They check in on us regularly, celebrate Dude’s wins, and genuinely want to see each dog succeed. Dude is also a regular at their doggy daycare, and I love that they only do one-on-one play sessions. Every dog gets plenty of attention and is always paired with another dog that matches their play style. It’s such a thoughtful setup and gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s safe, engaged, and having fun. I’ve tried other training programs in the past, but nothing ever made a lasting difference until Jackpot K9. They’re the real deal—knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about helping dogs live their best lives. I can’t recommend them enough.

We love this place! Hands-down Austin’s best dog daycare for high-energy dogs, working breeds, and even shy pups learning to socialize. Our border collie–Aussie mix has tons of energy but can be at times, insecure. After following Travis’ recommendation to bring her more regularly (2–3x a week), she’s transformed. She is more confident at drop-off and on walks. She's calmer at home, and more focused on off-leash hikes. The price is affordable, with discounted package options and has a quick, easy sign-up. Drop-off is as early as 7am and pick-up as late as 7pm, making it perfect for busy schedules. They send photo updates, and are quick to respond to schedule requests. The staff genuinely care for every pup that comes in, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend!
